Arrange any make up lessons through our app. Make up lessons can be booked if you cancel a class least 1.5 hours before the lesson starts. Make up lessons are valid for 1 month prior and 1 month after the cancelled class.
Perfect for babies aged 5 to 18 months, our Tadpole class introduces your child to the water in a soothing, parent-supported setting.
With an emphasis on buoyancy, balance, and early motor development, we help your baby feel relaxed, supported, and happy in the water—while strengthening your connection together.

This parent-and-child class is perfect for little ones aged 18m – 3 years.
With your gentle support, your child will learn to kick, paddle, and begin propelling themselves through the water. We focus on building confidence, coordination, and early independence in a calm, nurturing environment where your child can explore and enjoy the water safely.

This beginner class is for children 3-5 years old who aren’t yet able to keep themself afloat and move in water independently. They may be just starting lessons for the first time or re-building confidence in the water.
This class focuses on helping your child feel comfortable and confident in the pool while learning the very first water safety and survival skills.
Through guided support, playful activities, and lots of encouragement, children learn to relax in the water, build trust with their instructor, and begin developing basic floating and movement skills that form the foundation for all future swimming progress.

In our Starfish class, children take an exciting step forward to progress a basic dog paddle with or without an aid. We focus on helping your child swimming small distances and being able to come up for a breath.
With gentle guidance, fun challenges, and lots of positive reinforcement, they begin to glide confidently and efficiently through the water.

In our Advanced Starfish class, children build on their early stroke foundations and begin developing more controlled, confident swimming skills. We focus on refining body position, improving kicking technique, and introducing a coordinated arm movement — all essential steps toward strong freestyle and backstroke swimming.
Through structured activities, fun challenges, and positive encouragement, your child will gain greater independence in the water while increasing distance, control, and confidence.

In our Dolphins Freestyle class, children begin learning the essential elements of correct freestyle technique. With fun, confidence-building activities, we help swimmers develop body alignment, coordinated arm movements, and an easy, relaxed kick. This level focuses on turning developing skills into smooth, effective freestyle swimming.

This class takes your child’s freestyle technique to a higher level and introduces backstroke.
Prerequisites:
Note: your child should already be competent swimming freestyle breathing to one side. If not, the Dolphins Freestyle level would be a better fit.
